Not able to browse the site properly or having trouble logging in.
This issue occurs when your browser has JavaScript and/or Cookies Disabled.
  For Internet Explorer
  To enable JavaScript
From the Tools menu select Internet Options.
Select the Security tab, and then select the Custom Level button.
Scroll down until you see Scripting options. Make sure the Enable radio button under Active scripting is selected.
Click OK to save changes.
     
  To enable Cookies
From the Tools menu select Internet Options.
Select the Privacy tab, and then click the Advanced button.
Click both the Accept radio buttons.
Click OK to save changes.

     
  For Netscape Navigator  
  To enable JavaScript
From the Edit menu select Preferences.
Click on Advanced, then open the Scripts and Windows subsection.
Under Enable JavaScript for click the checkbox next to Navigator.
Click on OK.
 
   
 

To enable Cookies
From the Edit menu select Preferences.
Expand the Privacy & Security menu.
Select Cookies.
Check the radio button for Enable all cookies.
Click on OK.

     
What if I forget my username and password?
If you forget your username and password, please email support-exim@microdinc.com.
In the email, please include your name and company name.
     
Can I add more people to the PO email notification list?
Yes, you may. To do so, please log in to your account.
On the left hand column, select PO Notification.
In the PO notification field, please add email addresses of the person(s) you wish to be notified when a new PO arrives.
Make sure to separate the email addresses with commas.
